Finance is available through our showroom team. Where Novuna is offered at checkout, eligible customers can also apply online. Online availability depends on your basket, delivery address and the finance options shown at checkout.

How it works

1. Choose your furniture and confirm the price and delivery details.
2. Select Novuna at checkout where available, or ask our showroom team for a secure application link.
3. Complete Novuna’s application, review the agreement and follow its instructions to sign and pay your deposit.

Approval is subject to Novuna’s checks. Goods will only be released once the finance agreement and deposit requirements have been completed. We will confirm your delivery arrangements separately.

Who can apply?

Applicants must be aged 18 or over and have lived in the UK for at least 12 months. Novuna’s employment, income and other eligibility requirements apply. Finance is subject to status and affordability; acceptance is not guaranteed. Novuna does not offer this online finance to residents of the Republic of Ireland.

When do repayments start?

For this interest-free offer, monthly repayments begin one month after your furniture has been delivered. Your agreement will confirm the payment dates.

Can I pay a larger deposit?

The minimum deposit is 20%. A larger deposit may be possible provided the amount borrowed remains at least £800. The available choices will be shown during the finance application.

Where can finance orders be delivered?

For online finance, furniture must be delivered to the applicant’s home address. Our current online delivery service covers Northern Ireland. Please contact our team about other delivery requirements before applying.

Will there be a credit check?

Novuna assesses applications using the information supplied and information from credit reference agencies. Read the notices shown during the application before proceeding. Our website’s payment illustrations are not a credit application or a promise of acceptance.
