Delivery throughout Ireland

Online delivery is available to Northern Ireland for The Online Edit and selected ex-display pieces with an active buying option. Other furniture and delivery elsewhere in Ireland are arranged with our showroom.

Eligible ex-display delivery is £59 including VAT per order, estimated within 3–7 working days. The Online Edit has free standard Northern Ireland delivery, estimated within 20–25 working days when in supplier stock.

Northern Ireland delivery

Delivery charges and timing depend on the selected range. Eligible ex-display pieces: £59 including VAT per order. The Online Edit: free standard delivery to an accessible ground-floor entrance. See the delivery policy for each service.

Free showroom collection of eligible ex-display pieces is available by arrangement; contact us before ordering if you would like to collect.

Delivery to Dublin and the Republic of Ireland

Republic of Ireland orders are arranged with our showroom and cannot be completed through online checkout. Furniture delivery to Dublin is free on orders over £1,500. Furniture dispatched from our Northern Ireland showroom to the Republic of Ireland requires no customs clearance or customs duty at the border.

Share your postcode or Eircode with our showroom team and we’ll confirm your full price in sterling, including VAT, and the delivery arrangements. For Republic of Ireland orders of £1,500 or less, please ask for a delivery quotation.

Other delivery areas

We also deliver elsewhere in the Republic of Ireland. As a guide, charges are around £100 for nearby destinations outside our free-delivery areas, rising to £250 for longer journeys such as Cork. The charge depends on the address and order, and we’ll confirm it before you order.

For larger projects on the UK mainland, please contact us for an individual delivery quotation or a complete furniture package.

Prices and delivery quotations are in pounds sterling. If you pay with a euro-denominated card, your card provider converts the payment at its applicable exchange rate and may charge fees.

Typical lead times

  • Ethnicraft: we confirm delivery for the selected piece before ordering, allowing for supplier availability, order consolidation and transport to Northern Ireland.
  • Most furniture orders: typically around 12 weeks.
  • Natuzzi Italia: can sometimes take slightly longer, around 14 weeks.
  • Available ex-display furniture: eligible online pieces are delivered within 3–7 working days in Northern Ireland. For other pieces or locations, please ask our showroom.
  • Stressless Quickship promotion items: availability and delivery depend on the selected model and finish. Contact us for the current estimate before ordering.

Natuzzi Editions furniture is made to order, with delivery typically around 12 weeks. We’ll confirm the expected lead time for your chosen model, upholstery and configuration before you order.

These are estimates, rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Timing depends on the product, supplier, selected configuration and availability. Specific in-stock or quickship offers may have different lead times. We will confirm the expected delivery period and any delivery charges before you place your order, and arrange a delivery date with you when your furniture is ready.

Our white glove delivery service

Our own delivery team handles your furniture with care: unpacking and assembly, placement in your chosen position and removal of packaging. Please tell us about stairs, lifts, narrow doorways, parking restrictions or other access requirements so that we can confirm suitable arrangements for your order.

Interior designers, architects and larger projects

Our showroom, warehousing facilities and delivery team support furniture projects from specification to installation. Bring your clients to our Lurgan showroom, discuss your selections and agree storage, delivery and placement around your project schedule. Services and any associated charges are agreed in your quotation.
