Refund policy

Enquiries and existing purchases
This website is for browsing and enquiries; it does not accept online orders or payments. An enquiry is not an order. For a purchase agreed with our team, the terms supplied when you ordered and your statutory rights apply. This page does not replace or reduce rights relating to an existing order.
How to contact us
To request a cancellation or return, report a fault or discuss a refund, email sales@fultons.com, call 028 3832 5768, or write to Fultons Interiors Ltd, 55–63 Queen Street, Lurgan, BT66 8BL, United Kingdom. Please include your name, order reference if available and what you need help with.
Please contact us to arrange a suitable return or collection method for furniture. Notifying us of cancellation does not require prior approval and you do not need to use a particular form.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose, please tell us so we can arrange the remedy required by law. Your rights can include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Sale and ex-display goods retain statutory protection, taking account of any specific condition or defect clearly disclosed before purchase.
Changing your mind
Purchases made in the showroom do not normally carry an automatic legal right to return goods simply because you change your mind. Any additional return or cancellation arrangement will be set out in your order terms.
If a purchase is concluded by phone, email or another distance method and the statutory cancellation right applies, you normally have until 14 days after the day you receive the goods to tell us you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return them, unless we arrange collection. For a single order delivered in separate consignments, the cancellation period normally runs from receipt of the last item.
Exceptions can apply, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. An item is not automatically exempt just because it is described as made to order. Any applicable exception and return or collection costs will be explained before you order. A cancellation exception does not remove your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Refunds and return costs
Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, the refund includes the cost of standard outbound delivery, where paid. Refunds are made without undue delay and within the applicable legal time limit. Where we have not offered to collect the goods, we may wait until we receive them back or you provide evidence of return, whichever happens first, and refund within 14 days of that point. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Return costs are payable by you only where lawfully applicable and disclosed before purchase. We may make a permitted deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. This does not remove your right to inspect them.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with your purchase or our service, please contact our team using the details above. We will review your concern and explain the next steps. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
