Free standard delivery throughout Northern Ireland, with no minimum spend. Delivery is to an accessible ground-floor entrance. Assembly, specialist lifting and packaging removal are not included.

Returns & cancellation

Tell us within 14 days after the day you receive your order if you wish to cancel. You can also cancel before delivery. No collection fee applies if collection is not needed.

We can collect the Online Edit items you are returning together from the original Northern Ireland delivery address. The charge is £49 including VAT for one collection. Please contact us to arrange collection. Please do not bring or send furniture to our showroom or warehouse.

We pay the reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods where required by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

  2. Complete your application with Novuna, then follow the instructions to sign your agreement and pay your deposit.
  3. We will confirm your order and delivery arrangements once the finance requirements are complete.

For furniture ordered through the showroom, our team can send you a secure application link to complete at home.
